New to Lagree? Get the basics down with this 50 minute full body class. Foundations classes walk you through the key movements and positions you’ll use before stepping into a 40 minute Lagree class.

MEGA

Our signature 40 minute “Mega” full body workout targets muscles that you never knew you had and brings them to the point of exhaustion! We’ve added a relaxing 10 minute stretch on the Mega at the end of class. Suitable for beginners, intermediate or advanced students — modifications available for all levels including pre and post natal.

MEGA 2.0 ADVANCED

This is a full body class but elevated with Lagree 2.0 transitions and movements. Expect to be in movements for longer with minimal transitions and changes. Pre-req - We recommend a minimum of 10 classes prior to taking Mega 2.0

Strength meets stillness in this elevated, mind-body experience. Begin with a 40-minute Megaformer class designed to challenge your muscles, elevate your heart rate, and leave you feeling deeply worked followed by our signature 10 minute stretch. Then, transition into a 30-minute guided sound bath, allowing your body to fully release, recover, and reset through calming vibrations and breath. Expect to leave feeling strong, grounded, and completely recharged.

  • The M3K+ and Mega Pro Megaformers uses resistance and counter resistance to exercise your body’s ability to push, pull, bend and twist without any stress on your joints and spine.

    It encourages constant muscle engagement and works each body part until the point of exhaustion, which is the key to Lagree Method’s quick results.

    Our machines are thoughtfully designed to fit everybody and give members a wide range of options for resistance intensity, as well as foot and hand positioning. Its sleek mechanics allow you to move quickly and seamlessly from one exercise to the next, keeping your heart rate in the fat burning zone all class.
