IS THIS PILATES?
We love Pilates, but no. While both forms of exercise are low impact (easy on joints), Lagree offers much higher intensity (muscle burn and efficiency) than Pilates.
Lagree is based on slow controlled movements that work multiple muscle groups at once, whereas Pilates tends to focus on faster movements that target one muscle group at a time. When you engage more muscles in a short period of time, your body burns energy for longer (think of it like your body working out continuously, even after your class is over).
