FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IS THIS PILATES?

 We love Pilates, but no...

  • Both low impact

  • Lagree is much higher intensity

  • Lagree is based on slow controlled movements to help work multiple muscle groups at once.  Pilates tends to focus on faster movements and targets one muscle group at a time.

  • When you engage more muscles in a short period of time, your body burns energy for longer (think of it like your body working out continuously, even after your workout is over).

HOW DO I PURCHASE SESSIONS?

You may use our app, website or purchase your sessions at the studio. We accept Visa & Mastercard. All classes must be prepaid. NOTE:  Our studio does not provide refunds on services.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME TO CLASS?

We recommend 3 classes a week to see maximum benefit. We love seeing you but make sure you are giving those muscles time to rest & recover!

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?

Make sure you are early! 5 minutes before class starts we will allow anyone who is on the waitlist to enter the class. If it’s your first time at Lagree Effect please arrive 10 minutes early. Please note that if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to take class - this is for your safety.

WHERE WILL I PUT MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS?

Don’t sweat it! We provide complimentary lockers in the studio for your belongings.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

Wear breathable clothes that you can move and sweat in! Grip socks are mandatory to ensure a safe workout and clean machines. These are available for rent or purchase at the studio. Please bring a water bottle and feel free to fill up at our filtered water station in-studio.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO?

We do not have childcare on site.

AGE REQUIREMENT?

All participants must be at least 14 years of age (please note: participants who are older than 14, but younger than 18 are required to have a parent or guardian execute a waiver before they attend class).
